Cappucci Returns & Refunds Policy

At Cappucci, we strive to ensure every customer is delighted with their purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our returns policy below.


Standard Returns


Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they:


Are unworn, unused, and unwashed.


Have all original tags attached.


Are returned in their original packaging.


Are free from marks, odours, stains, pet hair, makeup, perfume, or any signs of wear.


We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


Underwear, Lingerie & Intimate Apparel


For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, underwear, lingerie bottoms, shapewear, bodysuits, and other intimate garments are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered where a hygiene seal has been removed, broken, altered, or where the item has been worn or tried on in a manner that compromises hygiene.


This policy is designed to comply with applicable consumer protection laws in the United Kingdom, European Union, Australia, and the United States, while maintaining the highest hygiene standards for all customers.


Where permitted by law, sealed intimate garments that have been unsealed after delivery may be excluded from cancellation and return rights for hygiene reasons.


Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items


Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.

In such cases, Cappucci will provide an appropriate remedy which may include:


A replacement;


An exchange;


Store credit; or


A full refund (excluding intimates) 


Exchanges


Where stock is available, Cappucci may offer exchanges for alternative sizes or colours.


For hygiene reasons, exchanges of underwear and intimate apparel are offered solely at Cappucci's discretion unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.


Refund Processing


Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.


Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or where the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly.


International Customers


Consumer rights vary by jurisdiction. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude any rights granted to consumers under applicable local laws. Where local consumer protection legislation provides additional rights, those rights will apply.
