Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, the product must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In its original packaging
  • With all tags attached

Items that are worn, damaged, or altered are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, you can request an exchange within 14 days. Exchanges are processed once we receive the original item back.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Intimatewear
  • Accessories like earrings
  • Final-sale or discounted items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this timeframe, the order may already be processed and cannot be canceled.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost.
